What we collect and why

• Hosting and security: The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We use cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit statistics (page URL, referrer, browser/device type, country). Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Cookie: Only your language choice (er_lang, 1 year), set when you press the TR/EN switch. No advertising or tracking cookies.
• Spotify player: The playlist on the home page loads only after you click "load". Spotify then sets its own cookies under the Spotify Privacy Policy.
• Purchases: Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your payment and billing details go to Lemon Squeezy, not to us, under the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Lemon Squeezy may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own transfer safeguards.

Your rights
