The upper harmonics it generates make your 808s and bass audible on small speakers — yes, even on a phone. The sub doesn't disappear, you feel it.
The tube-style saturation engine brings warmth and air to vocals, vintage color to melodies, and fullness and character to anything you run through it.
Adds body and weight to drums. Throw it on the drum bus or a single channel, flip the bypass on and off — you hear the difference instantly.
Push the Level up and the sound doesn't get "louder", it gets thicker. Loudness never fools your ears — you hear the real difference.
Saturation intensity. +1–2 is spot on for mastering: a light push and a bit of polish. +4–5 gives obvious warmth on a channel, +7–9 is aggressive color. Every press actually does something.
Tonal balance after the saturation. Pull it left and the BASS gains weight, pull it right and the AIR opens up. Dead center is neutral.
Dry/wet balance. Pull it down for parallel saturation, leave it at 100% for the full color.
